Sharpen Your Mind,
Endure The Challenge

Exosphere Boot Camp

The Boot Camp is an 8-week program at Exosphere’s headquarters in Chile for people who are committed to setting their lives on a new course. The process combines technical skill acquisition, real business practice, and deep philosophical and intellectual reflection to build a solid foundation for living in a world of uncertainty with the support of a community pursuing a similar approach to life. The Boot Camp is the primary feeder program for Exosphere Labs, our startup incubator.

The Boot Camp is not a place to look for an easy way out to your problems or current dissatisfaction in life.

The next Boot Camp starts March 16th, 2015.

The Boot Camp provides you a new context to open your mind to new possibilities and accelerate your development, disrupting your everyday routine. You will forge new friendships and partnerships with people from all over the world to figure out your next steps with each other.

We are here to ensure you learn what you need to learn, but we don’t have classes, syllabi or arbitrary grading systems. We are only focused on you and the skills that you will need today, tomorrow and ten years from now for your success in the real world.

The Boot Camp helps you confront your problems and commit to the difficult work of solving them to genuinely improve your satisfaction in life. There are no quick fixes or easy ways out. It gives you the tools and mindset to build a sustainable business--it's not for startup hipsters looking to build the next hot app for Google to acquire, or for quitters than give up on their dreams and goals after the first setback. Don't come here looking for a diploma to hang on the wall and make your parents proud--we don't even give diplomas!

There's no too old--or too young--to pursue your interests and make something meaningful with your life. Our approach will help you whether you just finished school with no experience or if you have a doctorate from an Ivy League University. Some things (usually the more important) simply can't be learned in an academic classroom.

"Before I came to Exosphere, I was living a life of monotony. I hated it. I wanted to do something more. Since I have been here, I have learned that there is so much more than the traditional 9-5. I have continually found myself being pushed further and harder than in any other context I have been in. It doesn't take a college degree to get where I want to be. It is now impossible for me to go home and continue living the way that I was."

Zac Barnes, March '14

“At Exosphere I gained the right mindset to utilize all my potential--some I already knew I had and some I didn't know was inside me my whole life. I learned to be unafraid to fail, to be honest with myself and those around me, and the importance of getting started.”

Marina Thiago, March '14

"If you ever had questions about what to do with your life, if you feel stuck or restricted in the places you work or study, if you always wanted to change some things, whether at home, work, community, city or country. If carve your own path always seemed a better option than to follow the path of others, here may be the start of your journey.""

Kelvin Araki, March '14

The Next Boot Camp Starts March 16, 2015

Our generation desperately wants to have impact. We desperately want to feel part of something bigger than ourselves. We have rejected the bourgeois aspirations of material possessions.

If you are ready to accept the challenge to analyze yourself and your life honestly,
If you are ready to take action every day--even when it is difficult and painful,
If you are ready to push yourself and be pushed by others to try things you never thought you could do, to learn things you never thought you could learn, and face struggles you thought you were too weak to face.
If you are willing to let go of your expectations and the expectations of others and live your life fully and presently, solving every problem that comes your way,
If you are ready to spend your life in a worthy cause, constantly adapt and reinvent yourself, and test the limits of your potential.

Then join us at Exosphere for the next Boot Camp starting March 16, 2015.

This is how we seek to live, so that we never find ourselves unable to answer the question,

“What Have You Done Today?”
